Research Assistantship Opportunities

Do you want research experience? We offer research course credit (Psychology 2950 or 4950) or a paid part-time research job.
We are looking for conscientious, inquisitive, reliable students with demonstrated responsibility in time management. Our current study participants are ages 3-4, so experience with children is a plus. Student must be a team player, willing to pitch in wherever needed, and able to follow direction as well as problem-solve quickly in any situation. 
Duties include:

  • Administer cognitive assessments with preschool children
  • Observe preschool children and record behavior
  • Process data, score and check for accuracy
  • Utilize electronic group scheduling and email program
  • Participate in lab meetings
  • Read and discuss journal articles
  • Administrative task (e.g., filing data)
